As each item is personalized to order, returns and refunds are only accepted in the case of damage or error on our part. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help.
On the rare chance that your item arrives damaged or incorrect (mistake on our part). Please message us within seven days of delivery and we will replace your item free of charge.
