What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?On the rare chance that your item arrives damaged or incorrect (mistake on our part). Please message us within seven days of delivery and we will replace your item free of charge.

Can I return my order?As each item is personalized to order, returns and refunds are only accepted in the case of damage or error on our part. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major payment methods including Klarna.

Do you offer seasonal or occasion specific designs?Yes! We have designs and a choice of products for every occasion, from pregnancy announcments, engagements, weddings, birthdays, new homes and holidays. You can find gifts for every milestone and memory.

Can I add personalisation in a different langnguage?Of course! We have created products with many different languages including Spanish, Polish, German and Chinese. If you would like personalisation in a differnt langiuage please add it to your order notes showing which sections you would like on which part of the design.

I have an idea in mind- can you create something custom for me?We love receiving custom requests and seeing your ideas come to life. Can I request a name, date or special message on my item?Yes! Our items are fully customisable, if theres specific wording you would like just ad it into the personalisation box on the product listing page.

When is the best time to place my order to make sure I get it in time?We aime to design, create and dispatch your order within three working days. Please email us if your order is needed urgently. Try to order with at least ten days before your event to guarentee on time delivery.

What happens if I make a mistake on my personalisation?Please check and double check that your personalisation is correct as your items will be made as per your notes. If you realise you have made a mistake please email us at hello@niniandbbloom.com or message us on our socials and we will try our best to fix this before your item is made.

I need my order fast, or by a specific date. Can you help?We understand that life is hectic, and sometimes those all important occasions can creep up on us. Leaving little time to get the perfect gift. Dont compromise on quality and buy a last minute bargain shelf item, drop us a message and we will prioritise your order if we can.

Can I order in bulk for events like weddings or birthday parties?Absolutely. If you are ordering more than ten of the same item please email us at hello@niniandbloom.com or drop us a message on our socials. We can then give you a bulk order discount and get started on your order.
